All of the artwork on this site belongs to me [except for page* "◊∆◊" which are WIX free use images]. The pictures and products themselves cannot be copied and sold by anyone but myself. I own the rights to my artwork regardless if it is a commission (or custom artwork) unless otherwise specified in contract. Even forms of fanart have usually been designed by me in some way. This means that copyright laws do apply and violations are punishable.

   In general, for those who are purchasing my work, I ask that if you are posting my work online that you tag or credit me in someway (by "Eraser Dust" or also including my name, Abigail Glass). If you are intending to produce copies or prints of the artwork I sold to you, we will have to discuss the copyrights for this piece. 

   Otherwise, I ask you simply give credit where it's due. I'd appreciate if images of my artwork floating around on the internet are easily traced back to me, the creator. (As that is the way it should be with all art.)

   Below is the specific policy regarding the copyrights which apply to my artwork. I doubt much of these circumstances will become a problem, but this is here in case they do. 

This applies to all images of my creation, whatever the format, unless specified under a different contract.

You may not:

  • Post my art or pictures of my art online without clearly naming or tagging the artist (Abigail Glass) and/or my business (Eraser Dust / Eraser Dust Art Gallery), or claiming it to be your own work or to own any rights to my work.

  • Print out or copy any of my artwork, with the intention to profit or use in a professional capacity.

  • Sell replicas, copies, digital versions, or any versions of my artwork.

  • Remove or cover my signature or watermark. 

  • Display pirated copies or versions of my work, taken from my website or other sources.

You may:

  • Publicly or privately (physically) display my art with my signature, IF AND ONLY IF you have purchased it and are not claiming it to be your own work.

  • Share or post my art online (digitally) WITH the original watermark or signature and give credit using my name (Abigail Glass) and/or business name (Eraser Dust / Eraser Dust Art Gallery). I prefer you do not only include my name since it's fairly common and no one would be able to find the artist.

For the Coloring Pages:

Unlike in other cases you may print out the coloring pages. For these I do not particularly care if you post, share, or display the colored versions without credit (although I'd love it if you do!). However, you can not sell or distribute copies. Feel free to color these pages yourself and share them and tag or mention me. This only applies to the documents and images on the coloring pages page.

     If you request custom artwork (a commission) the rights to the artwork itself still belongs to me. If you sent me a reference photo (or photo that you wanted artwork of) then the original photo belongs to you, However you are giving your consent to me having rights to the artwork based on the photo. You may, however, use the artwork that you requested (commissioned) privately (screensaver, profile picture, background, etc) or publicly with credit. 

     If you want to own the rights yourself, or as a company, it must specified in the commission process that you want the rights to copy, or sole rights of the work. This will cost more and will need to be written in contract.

    As a side note, I can see some situations where these rules are broken by mistake and such. If ever you are unsure if something is infringing my rights as the artist, ask me. In most cases I welcome you to share my work giving proper credit because this helps me get the word out.
